newsound 513 Report post Posted July 30, 2016 Lunedi faccio le tavole e le posto qua così chiunque volesse se la può far tagliare e piegare (metto anche lo sviluppo lamiera che ai fornitori fà sempre gola). Se Gianca vuole, ovvio. Ma fai taglio laser da un fornitore e piega da un'altro? Se il fornitore è unico io non mandarei anche lo sviluppo ma solo il disegno finito. Se il piegatore non usa esattamente il coltello previsto dallo spessore della lamiera rischi di buttare via tutto.. Con che programma lavori? Per gli sviluppi mi sento piuttosto tranquillo perché ho tirato fuori delle tabelle di piegatura niente male (anche se mi ci Son voluti quasi 2 anni per metterle a punto). Il tuo ragionamento però è giusto perché se io mi son basato sui miei 3/4 fornitori con uno diverso qualcosa potrebbe comunque cambiare... newsound 513 Report post Posted July 30, 2016 Ah ok, anch'io mi ero fatto le tabelle, un lavoro immane ma indispensabile. Noi lavoravamo per dei produttori di macchine utensili quindi carter molto grandi, non ti dico il macello quando il titolare ha voluto cambiare fornitore!
