I filmed this video to poke fun at the state of our niche industry in the last couple years. Hopefully, I'm poking with a BIG stick.

I'm amazed and ashamed at the sheer level of hype and BS that some pickup makers have been spewing lately. I know it may be bad form to speak out, but I'm to a point that I don't care any more. Products should not be sold on hype and gimmicks, they should sell themselves.

A pickup cannot, and will not "nail" a specific tone. All it can do is provide an appropriate signal so that the rest of the chain can do the rest. I'm now wondering how long it will be before someone comes out with a "Parisienne" pickup as a "tribute" to Gary Moore.... I see too many pickups marketed using names without legitimate association, not even vaguely close specs to the original artists...it makes me sick. Makes me want not to be any part of it any more. Makes me want to

Già....devono essere molto belli. Ma a naso direi che sulla R7 Custom siccome vuoi tenerla distinta dalla R8 dei Marshallhead potrebbero essere molto azzeccati.
