Condition: .This "67" reissue has a wine red nitrocellulose finish,sculptured mahogany body.Slim taper 1 piece mahogany neck, 22-fret bound ebony fretboard with MOP inlay, original ABR Tune-O-Matic-bridge with ABR-1 stopbar, large white 4-point pickguard,
3 covered ’57 classic humbucker pickups, gold hardware, flat medium jumbo frets, 3-ply cream bound head and neck,three-per-side grover tuners.
This limited edition "premium plus" -run was produced 1 year only (1992)
The pick-ups can be set as bridge; bridge and middle and neck.
The bridge pick-up is a little thin sounding but is articulate and toneful. It has a similar sound of the AC/DC Angus Young growling tone.
The bridge and middle pick-up ( toggle switch in middle position ) have a thick treble tone. It's very different from the standard Gibson sound and almost gives the impression of an out of phase sound.
The neck pick-up is just flat out great. Very thick and musical sounding and very much in the vein of Claptons "Strange Brew" tone
NOTE ±as this is a early gibson customshop at that time Gibson issued NO certificates,its confirmed by Gibson this is an original Gibson Sg 1967 r.i Custom.

è una delle poche chitarre che non venderò mai

non ha una cosa fuori posto, dai legni mogano ebano ai pu classic 57 (del 1992....) alla configurazione degli stessi (adoro la posizione middle con centrale e ponte in fuorifase)

1/50 della produzione mondiale di questi strumenti al momento è in RC.....

è una custom shop ante litteram.....

ne sono entusiasta e spero che il fatto di aver riuppato questo thread che all'epoca venne snobbato faccia veramente apprezzare la altissima qualità di questa SG anche al resto del forum

io ed il buon varesotto ligure...siamo qui per parlarne

O.T. Evol ho preso una LP Pro del 79.... estetica generale della standard ma tastiera in ebano inserti madreperla e p90 al manico e pu Pat num.... al ponte con posizione centrale anche questa in fuorifase....appena posso e riesco posterò foto e commenti......
