Il JBjr è molto rockettaro e ha un bel tiro, non suona come il fratello maggiore ma ha un carattere suo, a me piace molto come alternativa al tipico humbucker da rock. Se vuoi roba più metallara allora HotRails

Personalmente lo trovo molto bello, è abbastanza unico nel suo genere: quasi per nulla compresso, molto definito, articolato e pieno di armoniche.Non facile da gestire nei solismi perchè evidenzia molto gli errori, ma ripaga molto se si sa gestirlo. Vero, ma perchè attribuisce le peculiarità sonore che questi donano allo strumento ad altri fattori, la differenza di suono c'è, non è sconvolgente ma esiste. Del resto in molti cambiano le sellette del ponte dei propri strumenti con un fine simile Per quanto riguarda la durata sono spettacolari sicuramente, ma anche montare tasti non in acciaio di buona fattura aiuta in tal senso, i jescar a riguardo sono imho un ottimo prodotto in tal senso.

Sarebbe importante capire quanto sensibile sarebbe la differenza a parità di pickups, i Suhr non piacciono a tutti

Io se fossi convinto dell'acquisto andrei sulla Framus invece, che so di per certo avere una qualità molto alta (contrariamente a Gibson che mi ha spesso deluso su svariate fasce di prezzo). Chiaramente la rivendibilità sarebbe limitata, ma io non ho mai acquistato con il pensiero rivolto alla rivendita, se una cosa mi piace me la tengo Se tutto dipendesse dal nome e dai prezzi che in base a quello sei in grado di fare, la quasi totalità dei liutai e dei marchi fuori da Gibson e Fender non dovrebbe lavorare

Well, you can get even a Instrument from other makers for 5,10 or 20.000 Pounds but.. they are not with the same sould and passion made as ours and they can`t compete with our quality at all... 2,5k per una custom shop mi pare tutt'altro che improponibile

Gran chitarre, le ho sempre trovate più valide di molti brand più famosi, liuteristicamente sono d'alto livello davvero. Come dice juanka anni fa avevano un prezzo molto competitivo, cosa che forse induceva a pensare che non valessero granchè, ora si sono adeguati alla concorrenza(sfociando nell'overpriced in diversi casi) ma penso la rivendibilità sia ancora abbastanza limitata. All' Essemusic si trova qualche bell'esemplare se ben ricordo

Io ricordo un aneddoto su Negrini di GNG: al tempo di Moff ci fu un utente che realizzò amatorialmente una chitarra ispirandosi alla forma della Morgoth, e a cosa finita la mostrò a Negrini in segno di tributo; di tutta risposta sembra che questi lo minacciò di andare per vie legali per avergli copiato la forma, apparentemente brevettata. Non so quanto ci sia di autentico nella cosa, avendola sentita solo dal malaugurato utente che l'ha raccontata, ma ogni volta che si parla di GNG mi viene in mente 'sta storiella
